Tell Us Your Story

Has your life been affected by food issues in Michigan?
We want to hear from you!

About one in seven Michiganders doesn’t have enough to eat. That number would be even higher if it weren’t for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and other government services that support food banks, children, seniors, people with disabilities and adults working in jobs that don’t pay enough to support an adequate diet. The Michigan League for Public Policy works with a broad array of partners to protect and expand access to nutritious food for all Michigan residents.

How has access to healthy food affected your life? Have food and nutrition programs improved your family’s health and economic opportunity?

Provide whatever personal information you feel comfortable sharing below, as well as a brief description of the story you would like to tell. A staffer will reach out to you shortly.

Your information will not be shared in any way without your permission.
