definition of racism

Quote

I really liked Robin DiAngelo's definition and explanation of racism. It made me reflect on my life growing up (in Grosse Pointe, reference to previous day's challenge), what I was exposed to, how I acted sometimes. If I could, would I go back and act differently knowing what I know now? Heck, yes! How can I assure that today's children and young adults act differently than I did? I appreciate that you are also giving us tools on what can be done- like the ally vs accomplice article.
